They also make loot more interesting by making powerful or valuable items much more rare. These make exploring dangerous and gives the potential for running into enemies too powerful for you. I would look at Morrowloot or SCREO if you want a more unforgiving world. Revenge of the enemies for more challenging encounters and bosses. Ultimate Combat and Wildcat for more realistic/challenging combat mechanics. IEquip for more more natural weapon/ability/item switching TK Hitstop for more realistic weapon collision
